Do you have a retail store front?

Yes, we have two brick and mortar locations, both located in Dayton, Ohio.  Our primary retail store location is a 2,200 square foot store located at 1904 N. Main Street.  We also have a satellite location inside Celebrity Show & Dance Club - the largest dance club in the Midwest.  We launched our presence on the Web in September of 2000 and we sell all over the world.  

 

How do I place an order?

Just click the Shop@Q button to be taken to our online storefront.  Make a selection from the various departments on the left side of your screen.  Browse our items in each department.  When you find an item you'd like to purchase, simply make your selections by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button and then complete the appropriate quantity and shipping information.  Our automated online, and real time software will handle the rest.  A receipt itemizing your purchase will be generated.  You can print this receipt for your records.

 

How much will shipping cost?

Our shipping & handling costs are some of the lowest on the Web.  We try to keep fees simple.  For instance on most packages that are under 2 lbs., we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95.  For packages over 2 lbs. there are nominal price increases at various increments depending upon the weight, size, and dimension of the package being shipped.

Priority Mail shipping starts at $5.95. 

Economy First Class shipping is LIMITED TO STICKERS, CLINGERS, LAPEL PINS, & CERTAIN SMALL JEWELRY, as determined by our shipping department and is a flat $3.95 charge.

Federal Express 2nd Day Air (available Monday thru Friday ONLY) shipping starts at $15.00. 

Federal Express Next Day Air (available Monday thru Friday ONLY) - shipping starts at $25.00.

Shipping to Canada starts at $15.00.**

Shipping to Western Europe starts at $17.00.**

Other international orders start at $17.00.**

**We always try to do the best by our customers.  So, if you place an order and the international shipping ends up being significantly less than the above quoted prices, we will make an appropriate adjustment and reduce your shipping costs accordingly.  If an item costs more than the above quoted prices, we will contact you for authorization before charging your card.  We WILL NOT ship international orders to any address other than the billing address of the credit card used to order your item.  Sorry, but this is to protect both us and our customers from fraud and theft.

 

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1993.  For more details on our history, please click the "About Q" button at the top left of this screen.

 

Do you sell your customer list to other vendors?

We value our customers and want to build our roster of satisfied, repeat customers.  Therefore, we do not ever sell or share the names, addresses, or email addresses of our customers.

 

Do you have a paper catalog?

We do not produce a paper catalog.  It's just too expensive.  But we do try to have most products displayed on our website for your convenience.  If you have a product suggestion, contact us by clicking on one of the "Email Us" links, or any one of the  "customerservice@qgiftsonline.com" links on any of our pages. 

 

I'd like to order, but is my credit card info safe?

All orders are processed using VeriSign payment services.  We know that a critical concern for any electronic commerce is the secure transmission of data. To protect our customer data during transmission, VeriSign uses the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology that securely passes transaction data to the VeriSign gateway.

 

 

 

 

I don't have, or I don't want to use a credit card, 

 can I still order?

 

Yes, you can order from our site without using a credit card.  You can pre-pay your order with a certified check or money order. Your order WILL NOT be shipped until payment is received.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours, provided the item is in stock.  Standard shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  Our orders are shipped from Dayton, Ohio, USA, and take 2-3 business days for an address within the continental United States.  Obviously, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service or another delivery service.  However, we will work with you to try and ensure that all shipments are received on time.

Expedited or Rush shipping is available at an additional cost, using either FedEx 2nd Day Air, or FedEx Next Day Air, Monday thru Friday ONLY.  Select your method of shipping on your shopping cart page.  See "How much will shipping cost?" for further details.  

When your item has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification immediately letting you know it is on its way. If there is any change in the status of your order we will notify you via e-mail also.

 

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

We stand behind all of our products and will accept undamaged products in original packaging for exchange or store credit only, when a request for return is submitted via email for approval within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Adult merchandise is not returnable.  Refund will be issued on Merchandise Only and to the original credit card when merchandise has been received in & its condition approved by us.

 

 

I saw this great item somewhere else, but I can't find it on your site, can you help me locate it?

We try to keep current on products offered to and by our community, and if possible, we'll assist you in locating the product that you are looking for.  Please email us and provide us with as much information as possible and we'll see what we can do to assist you.
