Do you have a paper catalog?
No, we do not produce a paper catalog. It's just too expensive and can quickly become outdated. We do try our best to have all in-stock products displayed on our website for your convenience. How do I place an order?
Make a selection from the various departments on the left side of your screen. Browse our items in each department. When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply make your selection by entering the appropriate quantity and clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then either continue shopping or checkout. Once in your shopping cart,  enter your shipping and payment information and our automated online, real time software will handle the rest. A receipt itemizing your purchase will be generated. You can print this receipt for your records. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. Back to Top

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours, provided the item is in stock. Standard shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Our orders are shipped from Dayton, Ohio, USA, and take 2-3 business days for an address within the continental United States. Obviously, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service or another delivery service. However, we will work with you to try and ensure that all shipments are received on time.

Expedited or Rush shipping is available at an additional cost, using either FedEx 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail. Fedex 2day shipments are available Mon-Fri and Express Mail is available for delivery Mon-Sat.

You will receive an email notification within 24 hours of your order being shipped, notifying you that it is on its way. If there is any change in the status of your order we will notify you via email. Back to Top

 

What if I am unhappy with my order once it arrives?
We stand behind all of our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, in order to remain competitive, we will only accept undamaged products in the original packaging for exchange or store credit only. Please request a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of merchandise by sending an email to customerservice@qgiftsonline.com. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. Adult merchandise is NOT returnable! Refund will be issued on Merchandise Only (Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable) and to the original method of payment after the merchandise has been received and its condition verified. Back to Top
